All prices, volume discounts, and shipping charges are subject to change. The AAA Foundation prices its educational products as low as possible to disseminate this life-saving information to a wide audience. Call (800) 305-SAFE for volume discounts.

Brochures

Foundation brochures are made available free of charge for the first order from you or your organization. Please see:

Subsequent orders must be placed by calling 1-800-305-SAFE. These orders will be billed at-cost, with no markup, plus shipping charges. Brochures CANNOT be ordered from our on-line shopping cart.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders for videos and DVDs may be placed online. Bulk orders for brochures can only be placed by calling 1-800-305-SAFE.

International Orders

Currently we cannot process international orders via our on line shopping system. Please call 1-800-305-SAFE to place any orders outside the U.S. and Canada.

Orders shipped OUTSIDE the 48-contiguous United States:

  • Are sent via air and can take up to 6 weeks for delivery
  • You must provide a contact telephone number
  • All customs duties and fees are the full responsibility of the purchaser. These are not "shipping and handling" charges but fees assessed by the customs services of the countries to which the goods are shipped. The AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety has no control over these charges and is not responsible for their payment.

Shipping Policies

Domestic addresses:

Charges outside the U.S.: The shipping and handling charge is $7.50 plus the actual cost of the shipping for foreign orders, or orders where air shipping or special handling is required or requested. Please provide a complete street address when ordering materials.

Video Formats

All Foundation videotapes use US Electronic Standard NTSC-only 1/2-inch VHS format. International formats, such as PAL and SECAM, are available upon special request; call (800) 305-SAFE for conversion costs. All videotapes are in English and in color (Spanish videos and open-captioned videos are available where specified.). Please use the appropriate product number when ordering.

Reproduction of Foundation Videos

The AAA Foundation grants permission to reproduce its videos on a case by case basis for a $7.50 fee per copy. To request this permission, write to the Foundation and include the name of the title you wish to duplicate, the number of copies you intend to make, your tax exempt id number, if any, and the proposed use of the copies. No AAA Foundation material can be reproduced for resale.

Return Policies

The AAA Foundation does not offer a loan program, but has a liberal return policy. Materials returned for credit or replacement will be accepted by the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety, 607 14th Street., NW, # 201, Washington, DC 20005, if:

  • Materials are returned within 21 days from the date received
  • The postage for return shipments is prepaid
  • And all materials are returned in the same condition as received.

    The refund is for the purchase price only and does not include shipping and handling.

    Research Studies

    Research reports are posted at www.aaafoundation.org. The AAA Foundation’s materials are also available for review at the Washington, DC, office.
